Modline®7 infrared thermometer is designed for continuous temperature monitoring and is suitable for almost any application in the field of industrial temperature process control. There are 8 different series to choose from (7V, 72, 7G, 76, 75, 77, 78 & 74). This sturdy pyrometer has an IP65 (NEMA 4) enclosure, standard electric focus control and rear-view measurement Light and laser aiming.
Modline 7 has extended temperature range, high-resolution lens and fast response time. Modline 7 provides various functions to solve your demanding application requirements. Intuitive sensor design, stainless steel housing integrated water-cooled or high-temperature water-cooled housing, reducing installation and setting time. Standardized installation accessories and universal ModView™ Pro software greatly simplify the configuration of multiple products in the factory.
The Modline 7 system has a set of software applications that can be connected to the sensor, including ModView Pro software. ModView Pro software uses the built-in user interface to display the target temperature and can adjust sensor parameters to remotely configure or fine-tune the sensor. You can easily change the temperature display between ºF and ºC, set or change the emissivity level, zoom range, focus sensor and turn on or off the filter, such as peak hold, bottom hold and average, and save data for future reference and Drawing. Users can also preset alarms for early alarm detection, system on/off control or quality recording.
